Shipping policy

At CarStak, we’re committed to getting your collectible card decks to you quickly, safely, and affordably. Below is our shipping policy outlining processing times, delivery estimates, and other important info for your order.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
  • Pre-order items will ship once inventory is available. Estimated dates will be listed on the product page.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days after processing
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak holiday seasons.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. CarStak is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@carstak.com. After 14 days, the item become ineligible for return or exchange. 
  • We’ll work with you to investigate the issue and offer a resolution (replacement, or refund, at our discretion).
  • We are not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

Pre-Orders

If you purchased a pre-order item, it will ship as soon as it becomes available. Any in-stock items purchased with a pre-order will be held and shipped together unless otherwise noted.
